LANGUAGES

We cater for most official languages of the world. Long-live multilingualism!

HOW WE WORK

1. Your enquiry
  • You submit a linguistic project (translation/ editing/ localisation).
2. Project analysis and quotation
  • Following a quick analysis of the request, we provide you with a quotation and the delivery date.
  • You confirm the order.
3. Preparation of the project execution framework
  • We prepare a project package consisting of the originals, the client’s instructions, translation memories, and related materials.
  • We set up the project team, depending on the nature of the project.
4. The execution process
  • The appointed linguists and / or specialists make the first draft of the translation/ localisation/ editing project.
  • The project is reviewed by another party (linguist and/ or specialist).
5. Final review and delivery
  • The project manager checks whether the final product meets all of your requirements before delivering it to you.
6. Feedback
  • We invite you to provide feedback to the project team.
7. Settlement
  • Once the project is accepted, the settlement is due in line with the agreed terms.

A quality translation / linguistic project should meet the purpose, the client’s needs and the professional standards.
